Based in St. Louis, Missouri, 3-Ladies & a Pot is a women-led nonprofit using food to bring people together. We cook hearty, home-style meals, host community suppers, and offer job-readiness training in a real kitchen environment—so neighbors can eat well, learn skills, and feel at home.

Too many families must choose between rent, medicine, and dinner. We meet people with dignity—hot meals, supportive programs, and pathways to work—because no one should face hunger alone.
